VORA VENDOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Vora (“the Platform”) and vendors (“Vendor(s)”) who offer goods or services through the Vora e-commerce platform. By registering as a Vendor on Vora, you agree to comply with the following terms:


1. Product Quality and Presentation

  • Vendors must ensure that all products listed on the Vora platform are presented in good, sellable condition at all times.

  • Products must be accurately described with clear images and detailed information.

  • Vora reserves the right to remove or delist any products that do not meet acceptable quality standards or mislead buyers.


2. Commission Structure

  • Vora charges a 15% commission on the total value of each sale (goods or services).

  • This commission will be automatically deducted before remittance of the Vendor’s earnings.

  • Vendors will receive a breakdown of all transactions and commissions in their dashboard or statement summary.


3. Logistics and Fulfillment

  • Vora is solely responsible for the logistics and delivery process.

  • Vendors are required to make goods available for pickup within the agreed time frame.

  • Delays in making goods available for pickup may affect the Vendor’s reputation and sales performance on the platform.

  • Any logistics-related concerns should be communicated promptly to the Vora support team.


4. Order Processing and Cancellations

  • Vendors must confirm availability of products listed on the platform.

  • If a product becomes unavailable after being listed, it must be promptly removed or updated.

  • Repeated unavailability or order cancellations may result in temporary or permanent suspension of the Vendor account.


5. Returns and Disputes

  • Vora handles customer returns in accordance with its return policy.

  • If a product is returned due to damage, poor quality, or misrepresentation, the Vendor may bear the cost of the return.

  • Disputes between Vora and Vendors will be handled through internal resolution processes before external arbitration is considered.


6. Vendor Obligations

  • Vendors are responsible for maintaining accurate inventory information.

  • Vendors must respond promptly to communication from the Vora team.

  • Vendors must act professionally and uphold the values of trust, quality, and excellence that Vora represents.


7. Termination

  • Vora reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Vendor’s account for violation of these terms, poor product quality, negative customer reviews, or other activities deemed harmful to the Vora brand or users.


8. Modification of Terms

  • Vora reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Vendors will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated Terms.


By registering as a Vendor on Vora, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
